Refund & Chargeback Policy

By purchasing a service from Vaxon Cloud, you acknowledge that you are purchasing digital, intangible goods. Due to the immediate allocation of resources (CPU, RAM, Storage), all sales are final.

No refunds for lag caused by 3rd party plugins or poor optimization.
Chargebacks or PayPal disputes will result in permanent account termination.

01. Object of the Agreement

This document regulates the conditions under which Vaxon Cloud provides web hosting services, domain registration, email, virtual private servers (VPS), and other related technological services. The contracting of our services is subject to these terms, as well as supplementary policies published on our official website.

02. Refund Policy

Vaxon Cloud does not offer refunds for cancellation of services once the contracted period has started, unless expressly stated otherwise in specific promotions or plans with a specific guarantee (e.g., 7-day money-back guarantee).

Strictly non-refundable services include: Domain registration or renewal, SSL Certificates, Dedicated IPs, custom configurations, and services suspended due to Client breach of these Terms.

03. Uptime and Service Availability

Vaxon Cloud guarantees an average monthly availability of 99.9%. The Client acknowledges that interruptions may occur due to scheduled maintenance, security updates, or external causes beyond our control. No monetary refunds will be granted for downtime; however, time credits may be offered at our sole discretion.

04. Acceptable Use of Service

The Client agrees to use the services ethically and legally. Prohibited activities include:

  • • Sending unsolicited email (SPAM).
  • • Distribution of malware or malicious software.
  • • Hosting illegal, offensive, or copyrighted content.
  • • Phishing, electronic fraud, or scams.
  • • Resource abuse affecting system stability.

05. Billing, Payments and Renewals

Services are billed in advance. Full payment must be made before the expiration date. In case of non-payment, Vaxon Cloud reserves the right to suspend or permanently delete the service. All services renew automatically unless cancelled at least 5 days prior to expiration.

06. Service Cancellation

The Client may cancel their service at any time from their private area. However, such cancellation does not imply a refund. If the service is cancelled by Vaxon Cloud due to a breach of terms, no compensation or restitution will be granted.

07. Modifications to Service and Conditions

Vaxon Cloud may modify, update, or suspend services and these Terms with reasonable notice. Continued use of the services following such modifications constitutes tacit acceptance of the changes.

08. Limitation of Liability

Vaxon Cloud shall not be liable for loss of income, loss of data, or indirect damages. Our maximum liability toward the Client is limited to the amount effectively paid for the service during the current month.

09. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Peru. Both parties submit to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Lima Metropolitana, waiving any other jurisdiction.

10. Acceptance of Terms

The Client declares to have read, understood, and fully accepted these Terms and Conditions upon contracting or renewing any service with Vaxon Cloud.
